1. After the equipment is unpacked, it should be checked item by item according to the packing list. If it does not meet the requirements, it should inform the supplier and solve it in time.
2. The equipment is designed with a lifting hole for lifting use, before lifting according to the quality marked on the nameplate to select the wire rope.
3. The equipment should be placed horizontally, to be placed in the place where there is no pipeline or other equipment blocked, so that there is about 1 meter of operating space around the equipment to facilitate maintenance.
4. If the outlet pressure of the pump is greater than the pressure of the equipment, a pressure reducing valve should be installed in the pipeline of the fluid entering the equipment.
5. If the pressure control valve is assembled, it should be installed on the inlet pipe of the equipment, do not install it at the exit.
6. The import and export pipes of the equipment should be washed and then installed to prevent sand, oil, welding slag and other debris from entering the equipment, so as not to cause internal blockage or damage to the plate.

In the case of the same pressure loss, its heat transfer coefficient is 3-5 times higher than the tube equipment, the floor area is one-third of the tube, and the heat recovery rate can be as high as 90%. When selecting a type, it is generally necessary to know the following parameters, such as the temperature, flow rate or heat load of the medium and cold. Of course, the more detailed the parameters, the more appropriate the choice is for the specific situation.

In general, herringbone corrugated sheets can withstand higher pressures. The heat transfer coefficient of herringbone corrugated sheet is also higher than that of horizontal corrugated sheet.
Therefore, when the pressure of the gasket plate heat exchanger is higher, or a higher heat transfer coefficient is required, a herringbone corrugated plate is needed. When the heat transfer coefficient and pressure resistance of the equipment are low, and the system resistance is low, the flat corrugated plate type should be selected.
