At present, most common plate heat exchangers in China are water-water heat exchangers, and the sealing method is: the seal between the plate and the plate is sealed by rubber sealing strips. The use range of this type of plate heat exchanger is: the pressure is not greater than 1.6MPa, and the temperature is not higher than 120 degrees. Generally, the steam and water side temperature of the first station of the power plant heat network is higher than 120 degrees, and the steam side temperature is as high as about 270 degrees. If you want to use a plate heat exchanger, you need to choose a fully welded plate heat exchanger. Compared with the ordinary shell type equipment, the volume of the welded plate heat exchanger is only 1/3 of the answer type, but the heat transfer coefficient of the plate steam water heat exchanger is much higher, and the plate heat exchanger is adaptable, convenient for disassembly and easy to clean. Since 1982, European and American countries have widely used all-welded plate heaters to do heat network heaters in power plants, and the operation has been basically maintenance-free for nearly 30 years, and the reliability of the products has been verified by operation.
